We are very excited to join several other organizations in supporting Fred Rangels campaign to serve residents of Bexar County in the Texas House of Representatives. The residents of HD 125 deserve a committed public servant who understands the impact of public education funding and can lead in reforming our property tax system. Fred is that leader" said Mano DeAyala Chairman of the Hispanic Republicans of Texas.
Fred Rangel a lifelong resident of Bexar County graduated from Edgewood ISD (at the time the 2nd poorest District in the country). He is also the managing partner of Adco Master Builders and has been involved in the construction for Northeast ISD as well as Northside ISD. In addition Fred received his education in Design of the Environment (Architecture) in Faculty of Arts & Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
His community involvement includes serving on several City of San Antonio boards committees and commissions such as Span of Control Committee and trustee of the South Texas Business Fund. His service includes church boards and is a former president of his home owner association Eckhert Crossing Homeowner Association.
Fred uniquely understands the impact of unfairly and inefficiently funding public education while property taxes continue to rise. We need Freds wisdom and experience in the Texas House of Representatives solving these funding issues" said Hispanic Republicans of Texas board member Ivan Andarza.
