Gun Rights Advocates Unite Behind Isaac Campaign

"When it comes to deciding who will best defend our constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms, the choice for House District 45 is clear. . . "

Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas — WIMBERLEY — Today Carrie Isaac, Republican candidate for Texas House District 45, unveiled a slate of new endorsements praising her unwavering commitment to the Second Amendment — including two of the nation's largest gun rights organizations.

"When it comes to deciding who will best defend our constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms, the choice for House District 45 is clear," said Isaac Thursday. "Today I received the great news that Gun Owners of America is endorsing my campaign. I’m also the only non-incumbent primary candidate endorsed by the National Rifle Association and the Texas State Rifle Association."

"Carrie Isaac understands that the Second Amendment shouldn't be trampled on and that your Second Amendment rights are not the cause of crime in this country," said Gun Owners of America Chairman Tim Macy. "It is important that all gun owners turn out to support Carrie Isaac."

Isaac is also endorsed by the Texas Right to Life, Texas Values Action, Texas Federation for Children, Texas Home School Coalition, Attorney General Ken Paxton, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller, Railroad Commissioner Wayne Christian, and more than 50 other state and local elected officials from House District 45.

Carrie Isaac is a fourth-generation Texan, nonprofit leader, wife, mother, IRONMAN triathlete, and proud conservative running to give Hays and Blanco counties’ conservative values a powerful voice in the Texas House of Representatives. She lives in Hays County with her husband, former state representative Jason Isaac, and their two sons.
