INGHAM: Crude Oil Production in Texas has More Than Tripled Since 2009

Crude Oil Production in Texas has more than Tripled since 2009 In 2009 crude oil production began to turn upward and between 2009-to-2015 crude oil production in the United States essentially doubled Crude oil production in Texas more than tripled during that same time" said Ingham. What we have done among other things is to literally set ourselves up with an affordable long-term abundant supply of energy for as far into the future as we can see  for decades to come.

And at the same time that were increasing our own production domestically weve also been reducing our dependence on foreign energy imports from somewhere in the neighborhood of 60-to-65 of useage down to somewhere in excess of 20" Ingham said.
