Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Land Commissioner and Veterans Land Board (VLB) Chairwoman Dawn Buckingham, M.D., announced that 99.28% of all respondents questioned through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) 2025 National Cemetery Administration State and Tribal Veterans Cemeteries Satisfaction Survey were satisfied with their overall experience at all four of the VLB's Texas State Veterans Cemeteries. This impressive score is the latest metric to reflect the VLB's excellence in this area as Texas scored 99.03% in 2023, and 99.11% in 2024.

"The men and women who staff our VLB State Veteran Cemeteries continue to achieve excellence, and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. As we work to open our fifth state Veterans cemetery in December, it's my promise to all Texans to continue to provide the highest quality of service to Texas Veterans and their families."
