The American people are watching – and they don’t like what's happening under Joe Biden's presidency
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — As the world continues to try and process the horrors and “pure, unadulterated evil” being perpetrated on the people of Israel – which President Biden so clearly defined while making comments to the nation in his Oct. 10th address – its worth considering the impact the Hamas terrorist's conflict will have on Joe Biden's presidency, as well as the nation's view of the Democrat Party's policies on foreign affairs.
Both of the late September Washington Post/ABC News and NBC News Polls had disastrous headlines for Mr. Biden and Democrats nationally – not only because they showed former President Donald Trump easily defeating Biden by a 52-to-42% margin – but also because both squarely confirmed voters repudiation of Biden’s policies and his personal weakness. (The NBC Poll had Biden and Trump tied at 46%-to-46% head-to-head.)They also fit the underlying and growing narrative of the problem Democrat's face as the crisis in the Middle-East continues to become more serious.
While the Washington Post/ABC News Poll look at a Trump vs. Biden rematch was so shocking that Democrats and Biden's national media supporters went to great lengths to undermine, or not report its results, the larger fact is that both polls illustrate the degree to which the American public is not only rejecting Biden’s policies – but even him personally.
- The Post/ABC Poll showed that by 62% to 23% Democrats would like a candidate other than Biden.
- NBC News showed virtually the same result – with 59% favoring a challenger, and only 36% opposing a challenger.
- The Post/ABC Poll reported Trump at 54%,
- with all other candidates combined reaching 43%.
- NBC had Trump at 59%, to 38% for the rest of the field combined.
In another hypothetical NBC matchup, the president trails Republican candidiate Nikki Haley by 5 points, 46% to 41%.
Biden’s Disapproval Rating Reaches a New High
Meanwhile, Mr. Biden’s job rating among "Registered Voters" nationwide now stands at its highest disapproval rating of his presidency.
- In the Washington Post/ABC Poll, Americans disapprove of Biden’s “job performance” by a 56% to 37% margin.
- In the NBC poll, it was 56% to 41%.
- The disapproval of Biden’s performance on “the economy” was 64% to 30% in the Washington Post/ABC poll.
- In the NBC poll it was 59% to 37%.
- They repudiated his “border policy” 62% to 23% in the Washington Post/ABC Poll.
- And in the NBC Poll, by a 73% to 23% marging Americans overwhelmingly believe “the country’s on the wrong track.”
Biden’s Weakness is a Function of Performance Failures
- This is not a problem of communications or better marketing, as many national Democrat Elected officials or consultants want to believe.
