The outspoken commentator theorizes that Obama doesnt want Hillary to be president but also doesnt want to be seen as sabotaging her campaign or going against her. So rather than openly opposing her he is stepping back and allowing the scandals and controversies to rack up.
There is something to Limbaughs argument. After all Obama has been extremely quiet in his support of Clinton and also hasnt used his influence to silence or even expedite the investigations into Clinton.

What he recently said in a Facebook post had social media buzzing and it may even threaten to expose why President Barack Obama has yet to officially endorse a Democrat candidate.
On Wednesday Rush Limbaugh made a particularly bold statement via his official Facebook page.
He asserted that President Obama has been quietly allowing" the total desecration of Hillary Clintons whole presidential bid.
Headlines were dominated Wednesday by the latest revelation that the State Department inspector general has officially and heavily criticized Hillary Clinton for her misuse of her personal server. Drip. Another reveal came when one of Clintons former aides admitted that there was a security breach and attempted hack into Clintons personal emails. Drip.
Lastly the current Democrat presidential front-runner still faced indictment from the FBI and has continuously refused to be interviewed or allow any of her senior aides to be interviewed by the State Departments inspector general. Drip.
