Sean Copeland Sean Copeland (51) passed away on July 14 2016 at Nice France with his son Brodie Copeland (11) in the Bastille Day Attacks. He was the husband of Kim Copeland. They shared 12 years of marriage together. Born in Dallas Texas he was the son of Anya Eakins and John W. Copeland. He was employed by Lexmark. Love began at home for Sean. He was a dance dad a football dad and a baseball dad. His family came first to him. Thats what made him different from the other guys. He was generous and kind to all who were in his life. He loved spending days on the lake with family and friends. He is survived by his devoted wife Kim two children Maegan and Austin mother Anya brothers Troy and Cary and sister Amberli. He was predeceased by his father John W. Copeland grandfather Edgar R. Copeland grandmother Foy D. Copeland grandfather James H. Armstrong and grandmother Mildred M. (Armstrong) Shanks. He enjoyed acting and being in the spotlight. Brodie loved playing football as well as baseball and being a part of the team. You could always find him with a smile on his face. Brodie truly touched the lives of everyone around him. He is survived by his mother Kim sister Maegan brother Austin grandfather Ken Ressmann grandmother Anya Eakins and many aunts uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather John W. Copeland grandmother Gayle Ressmann great-grandfather Edgar R. Copeland great-grandfather Arthur Ressmann great-grandmother Ruth Ressmann great-grandmother Foy D. Copeland great-grandfather James H. Armstrong and great-grandmother Mildred M. (Armstrong) Shanks. The Copeland family remains in our prayers.
