National Border Patrol Council Endorses Rep. Hurd for Re-Election

Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. (San Antonio TX) - At a DC2DQ town hall this morning in Castroville the National Border Patrol Council announced their endorsement of U.S. Congressman Will Hurd (R-TX) for re-election. The Council is the official union representative of the men and women of the United States Border Patrol.
I am honored to have the support of the National Border Patrol Council in this critical election and I am proud to represent more members of the Border Patrol than any other member of Congress. The first bill I had signed into law ensured that the Border Patrol received the pay they deserved a set of issues I continue to work on with the Council said Hurd. We must secure our border and I will never stop fighting for the men and women who work hard every day to protect our communities. Washington needs common sense problem solvers and Congressman Hurd has a proven record of getting results for his constituents. He is committed to the mission of the Border Patrol and has worked tirelessly to ensure that Border Patrol agents have the support they need to secure our border said National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd. We need Will Hurd back in Congress to keep fighting for real border security solutions. We are proud to endorse him for re-election.
The National Border Patrol Council also endorsed Hurd for re-election in 2016. Background From September 15 to 21 Hurd will make 38 stops including 32 town halls in each of the districts 29 counties during his 2018 DC2DQ tour. Many of these town halls will take place at Dairy Queens in the districts small towns. The full schedule for the 2018 DC2DQ town halls is at DC2DQ.com.
