Obama Creates Federal Sanctuary Locations and Events

Rodriguez El Conservador   The Obama Administration through the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have each issued and implemented policies concerning immigration enforcement actions regarding sensitive locations.  These policies relate the enforcement of immigration laws specifically the removal of national security border security and public safety threats. Under these Obama policies the law enforcement is prioritized. They provide that enforcement actions at sensitive locations such as schools places of worship and hospitals should generally be avoided.  Those sensitive locations include schools daycares colleges universities and other education-related activities or events places for medical treatment and health care facilities places of worship such as churches synagogues mosques and temples and even public demonstrations. The Obama administration claims the policies are meant to ensure that ICE and CBP officers and agents exercise sound judgment when enforcing federal law and according to the memo enhance the public understanding and trust and to ensure that people seeking to participate in activities or utilize services provided at any sensitive location are free to do so without fear or hesitation. Once again the Obama administration is ignoring the law for the sake of a political agenda that undermines the Constitution and the Rule of Law. Instead of being sensitive to laws which have been broke they are establishing safe zones from law enforcement. Justice for all and equal justice before the law apparently do not matter. The law is the law and it should be enforced without respecting anyone. However this directive creates illegal federal sanctuaries where the Constitution and the Rule of Law do not apply. It creates situations where people can be exempt from the law because of their location. Sadly Illegal aliens suspected terrorists and foreign criminals will be able to find sanctuary in certain places and events thanks to the Obama Administration. This is nothing more than Obama and progressive-liberals furthering their agenda by undermining the law and the Constitution.
