Patrick’s $5 Million in New Fundraising Breaks Another Record

2026 Reelection Campaign Launch

Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Lieutenant Governor and conservative Republican candidate for re-election, Dan Patrick, released the following statement:

Since dropping the gavel Sine Die on the 89th Regular Session, Dan Patrick has completed a whirlwind 12-city press tour, conducting press conferences to discuss the Session in Harlingen, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, Tyler, Abilene, El Paso, San Angelo, Midland, Lubbock, Amarillo, Wichita Falls, and Waco. He has held luncheons in Dallas, Houston, Midland, and San Antonio to meet with area leaders to review the accomplishments of the Session.

In the middle of his Texas travel, Patrick flew to Washington D.C. to chair a 6-hour hearing of the Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty. Appointed by President Trump as Chair of this historic Commission, nearly 7 million people have viewed it online. Patrick will conduct 7 more hearings before presenting a report to the President.

Starting Monday, June 23, Patrick spent time kicking off fundraising for his 2026 reelection campaign. The results again set another all-time record for any Lt. Governor in Texas history.

When his report is filed later this month, his campaign will report nearly $38 million cash-on-hand and report raising just shy of $5 million.

“More miles traveled, more media coverage, more meetings held, and more money raised than anything I have ever seen in Texas. He has set the pace for the 2026 reelection campaign, and it is fast!” said Allen Blakemore, Senior Political Advisor to the Lt. Governor.

The 89th Regular Session has been heralded as the most successful Session in Texas history where conservative principles and values prevailed.
