Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The Texas Secretary of States office has discovered approximately **95000 individuals** identified by the Department of Public Safety as non-U.S. citizens who have a matching Voter Registration Record in Texas.
Roughly 58000 of those people have voted in one or more Texas Elections.
Many of these individuals may have been naturalized before registering and voting which makes their conduct perfectly legal. But if even one of the 95000 didnt naturalize before registering or voting thats an affront to our democracy and deprives individual Texans of their voice.
Already the media is trying to tell us this isnt really what it is and theres nothing to see here. Their response comes as no surprise. Members of the press have been trying to tell us that voter fraud doesnt exist and is just a Republican lie.

>>> Or maybe they were asleep when we successfully prosecuted non-citizen Laura Garza in Montgomery County who assumed another persons identity and voted for her.
>>> And maybe they were still tuned out when earlier this month we arrested non-citizen Marites Curry for illegal voting in Navarro County.
Well theyre tuning in now but only to try to deflect attention with smoke and mirrors.
I dont believe in smoke and mirrors. I believe in liberty and justice for Texas.
I will not tolerate voter fraud! Any illegal vote deprives Texans of their voice.
Thats why my office is working hand-in-hand with the Texas Secretary of State just as we have on so many voter fraud cases in the past.
We must ensure that non-citizens are removed from the voter rolls and held accountable.
Now we have 95000 reasons to not back down. We will enforce the law and bring criminals to justice to protect the integrity of Texas elections.
