Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) joined Congressman Richard Hudson (NC-09) in introducing H.R. 38, the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. This legislation would provide nationwide reciprocity for concealed carry license holders and for residents of Constitutional Carry states.
“Law-abiding gun owners should not be penalized for exercising their Second Amendment right. The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act is common-sense legislation that will allow Americans with state-issued concealed carry licenses or permits to conceal a handgun between states,” said Congressman Tony Gonzales. “I look forward to working with Congressman Richard Hudson and my colleagues in the U.S. House of Representatives to move this important bill across the finish line.”
