the American people are safe from predators like this one conservative author & lawyer Ben Shapiro said Friday morning after a San Francisco jury found illegal immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate innocent of murder for the 2015 death of Kate Steinle late Thursday.
Zarate eluded murder manslaughter and assault charges. He was found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm and will ultimately be deported again by U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement.
Mr. Shapiro editor of The Daily Wire and a Harvard Law School graduate told Fox News it is inexplicable how Zarate could have escaped an involuntary manslaughter charge after firing the weapon that killed Ms. Steinle.
He was deported over and over and over again. He was set free by sanctuary cities that refused to coordinate with federal law enforcement said Shapiro.
He was out. He picked up a gun. He stole a gun presumably and then shot Kate Steinle. Whether he did it whether he meant to shoot her or whether he meant to discharge the firearm is of no consequence.
When you pick up that gun and it fires then this is at the very best involuntary 
manslaughter" Shapiro said adding that the verdict encapsulates why voters put President Trump in the White House.
