Shooting at San Antonio ICE Offices: Had the bullets gone two inches in another direction wed be talking about the murder of a Federal Official.

ICE blames targeted overnight attack on activists as suspects remain on the loose

AUSTIN Texas (Texas Insider Report) I dont think theres a question that they knew which floors the ICE Offices were on. All of the shots that weve found are on the floors where ICE had offices said FBI Special Agent in Charge Chris Combs Tuesday following a shooting into the 10th floor windows of a high-rise office building that took place around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning in the 1700 block of San Antonios NE Loop 410 near Brookhaven Drive.

By the Grace of God had the bullets gone two inches in another direction wed be here today talking about the murder of a Federal Official said Combs.

width=486To fire indiscriminately into any building let alone a Federal Facility is not an act of protest. It is an act of violence.

ICE says the building has multiple tenants is primarily used as an executive and administrative office building with the ICE facility located on the upper floors.

All of the shots that weve found are on the floors where ICE had offices Combs said.

There is no question this was a very targeted attack. Its not a secret facility you can go online its out there. So they did some research they knew what floors ICE was on they knew what buildings they were in and they hit those.

We cannot allow political discourse to lead us to the point of violence where Federal Employees innocent people doing their jobs are put in harms way said Combs reacting to multiple shots being fired at approximately the same time into multiple floors of two separate ICE Administration buildings.

An FBI Evidence Response Team is continuing to review surveillance video and additional evidence and FBI agents are Continuing to searching for suspects in connection with the shooting during which one person was injured .

This attack at the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcements (ICE) field office for Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) in San Antonio is completely without justification" said ICE ERO San Antonio Field Office Director Daniel Bible.

ICE officers put their lives on the line each and every day to keep our communities safe. Political rhetoric and misinformation that various politicians media outlets and activist groups recklessly disseminate regarding the ICE mission only serves to further encourage these violent acts.

This disturbing public discourse shrouds our critical law enforcement function and unnecessarily puts our officers safety at risk said Bible.

And Combs believes there may be more to come.

We are concerned that there could be additional attacks. We have to stop that Combs said.

If you know anything about the attack the FBI is asking you to contact their San Antonio field office. The FBI says it is worried of another possible shooting.
