The district includes portions of Bexar Comal Hays and Travis counties and encompasses Bandera Blanco Gillespie Kendall Kerr and Real counties. Rep. Isaac is committed to serving out the remainder of his term representing House District 45 in the Texas Capitol. Isaac is a 4th-generation native Texan who has served House District 45 in the Texas Legislature since 2011. He is the founding chair of the Hill Country Caucus and vice president of the Texas Conservative Coalition. Rep. Isaac is a small business owner who lives in Hays County with his wife Carrie and two sons.
