State Rep. Justin Holland Earns Joint Backing of Texas Realtors PAC & Speaker Phelan in HD 33 Race


“No one works harder for the people of HD 33 than Justin Holland."

AUSTIN, Texas (Texas Insider Report) — The Texas Realtors Political Action Committee (TREPAC), the political arm of Texas Realtors, has announced it is teaming up with Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan to support State Rep. Justin Holland (R-Rockwall) in his race for House District 33.
 
TREPAC is contributing $25,000 to Rep. Holland’s campaign, and Speaker Phelan is matching TREPAC’s contribution for a total of $50,000.
 
“No one works harder for the people of HD 33 than Justin Holland, and I'm proud to stand with TREPAC in their effort to help re-elect him as State Representative. His work ethic and dedication to conservative principles have benefited the Texas House and the people of Texas,” said Speaker Phelan.

Justin will serve as Vice-Chair of the Texas Sunset Advisory Committee next session, and it's critical that he returns to lead the Texas House in that process.”

With more than 150,000 members, the Texas Realtors Association represents all aspects of real estate in Texas – including advocating for homeowners and private property rights during the Home Owner's Association Reforms in 2021, Property Tax Reform in 2019, prohibiting sales taxes on real estate in 2015, passing consumer protections against unscrupulous property-tax lenders in 2013, and eliminating most private transfer fees on real estate transactions in 2011.
