TAB: On Overtime Rule Injunction

We are extremely pleased with Judge Mazzants ruling to issue a nationwide preliminary injunction thereby halting the Department of Labors proposed overtime rule" said TAB Board Chair Sara Tays.  The overtime rule as proposed would have moved too far too fast for most businesses.  It would unnecessarily burden employers and adversely impact employees.  This ruling is the right choice for a healthy economy."
