Texas About to Sign Off On Mexico Dumping Toxic Waste In Laredo Floodplain?

From: Liz Mair President Mair Strategies LLC -  The Texas Council on Environmental Quality may be about to sign off on a scheme to allow a landfill in the Laredo area that will house TOXIC WASTE being exported by Mexico. Bonus: The landfill sits in a floodplain through which water supplies flow and its in an area where it could adversely impact a lot of poor Texans.
