“For the past three years, he's repeatedly violated his oath, defied our nation’s laws, and made our communities less safe."

- Dereliction of Duty,
- Ceeding Unprecedented levels of Cartel Control on the Southwest Border,

Congressman McCaul is uniquely qualified for the role of House Manager in presenting the Articles of Impeachment Charges to the U.S. Senate. He has previously served as the Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, and at the beginning of the 118th Congress, he became the first Texan to chair the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Several Democrat senators who are currently engaged in crucial re-election battles in November have been considered the key factors to deciding whether the Impeachment Trial moves forward.Senators Bob Casey (D-Penn.,) Jon Tester (D-Mont.,) Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.,) Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.,) and Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) will be part of the deciding votes – in a Senate that is narrowly divided 51 Democrats to 49 Republicans.
