It’s a serious question to ask, because they do NOTHING to stop or prevent it – and then preposterously deny it’s happening. President Trump revealed the Department of Homeland Security had identified more than 250,000 noncitizens registered to vote in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Nevada.
The Left’s response: Ho hum. They reflexively accuse conservatives of “engaging in voter suppression” and “wanting to bring back Jim Crow laws.”
The nonprofit Public Interest Legal Foundation has a clue as to why they won’t clean up their Registration Rolls.
PILF found that in Pennsylvania – the quintessential Swing State which Joe Biden won by only 1% in 2020 – the state allowed up to 100,000 aliens to register to vote due to the same software "glitch" that New Jersey just discovered.
The Secretary of State was forced to resign, but the state stonewalled state legislative inquiries and refused to identify the aliens on the voter rolls, their voting histories, or the exact number of non-citizens who were registered.

TAPPER: "But Mikie Sherrill, the governor of New Jersey, made this announcement today, surprising announcement. Nearly 400 Non-Citizens voted in New Jersey elections as a result of what she calls 'a serious software error.'
"Governor Sherrill posted this:
'As the Trump Administration tries to weaponize elections for political gain, I am ensuring we protect our elections.'
She then goes on to say:
'The difference is simple: When we find a problem, we don‘t hide it, deny it, or invent conspiracies. We investigate it, we fix it, and we tell the public.'
"I have to say, though, for Democrats, I‘m not saying that the SAVE America, the SAVE Act is going to pass, but this is not good for Democrats' argument that there‘s no such thing as undocumented immigrants voting," Tapper said.
