“I am honored and humbled by the support I have gathered over the past two weeks."

Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas – Since launching his campaign for Texas House District 80 less than two weeks ago, Mayor Don McLaughlin has raised over $100,000. The mayor’s impressive fundraising capabilities demonstrates his ability to win and clearly defines him as the frontrunner in one of the most competitive primary and general elections in the state.

“I am honored and humbled by the support I have gathered over the past two weeks. This campaign will truly be an unprecedented movement of grassroots support across our district and throughout Texas.

"Austin desperately needs conservative leadership. We have reached a time in Texas where we must act, and these fundraising contributions demonstrate just that,” said McLaughlin.

"I'm grateful to being one step closer to representing the people of District 80 in Austin."

Mayor McLaughlin is the only candidate in the race to have announced raising over $100,000 since beginning his campaign.
