Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a multi-state brief before a Tallahassee, Florida-based Federal Court supporting Florida's H.B. 1557 law that protects 3rd grade and younger students from being exposed to instruction on inappropriate subjects such as so-called sexual orientation and gender identity. Liberal groups have sued Florida over the law, but the Paxton-led coalition argues for its constitutionality and legality.
