Most Voters think his Mental Decline is Real, a majority perceive him as losing his mental sharpness.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — While President Joe Biden continues to campaign for another four years in the White House, a majority of "Likely U.S. Voters" now say they now perceive him as losing his mental sharpness.
The latest Rasmussen Reports National Telephone & Online Survey finds that:
- 57% of "Likely U.S. Voters" think that – over time – Mr. Biden is becoming less and less mentally sharp
- 33% disagree
- These findings have not changed significantly since February.

And those results come after post-trial polling for former President Donald Trump recently showed that more "Independents" in key Swing States say they'll likely vote for Trump, than those who won't.
In February, a majority of "Likely U.S. Voters" also indicated that they think Joe Biden is losing his mental sharpness, and most said they suspect the mainstream media is trying to cover up the president’s cognitive decline. That Rasmussen Survey found that:
- 59% of "Likely U.S. Voters" think that – over time – Biden is getting less and less mentally sharp, while
- 33% in February disagreed
