Despite research showing the project would not cause adverse environmental impacts, a San Francisco-based 9th Circuit Court panel disagreed.

And, Americans clearly recognize his failings – to the point that even 64% of Democrats now say he shouldn't run for re-election. During my lifetime, I've never known a world without Roe vs. Wade. For 10 years before I was born, the decision of Roe v. Wade ruled as the "law of the land." A historic and far-reaching Supreme Court decided in 1973 that a right not expressed in the Constitution would be "codified" by a court ruling. Neither Congress nor any State Legislature wrote, debated, or passed this law. So what's next for Texas?
