Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that 16 states have joined a coalition in support of Texas and Louisiana’s lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s refusal to deport certain dangerous criminal aliens.

"Public safety is at risk because of our current bail system that recklessly allows dangerous criminals back onto our streets," said Gov. Greg Abbott, after the Texas Legislature passed Senate Bill 6, the Damon Allen Act, to reform Texas' broken bail system in Texas.

"The United States spent 20 years and $80 billion to bolster & supply the Afghan army, which because of President Biden's botched withdrawal will now end up benefiting the Taliban," said Sen.
