Earlier this year, the company stated: "New York does not have a monopoly on talent, and we expect most of our future growth will take place in our second HQ." Cruz: Protecting Opportunities for Student-Athletes

College sports should open doors for student-athletes, not become an unregulated bidding war. This week, I sat down with coaches, student-athletes, and university leaders to discuss the Protect College Sports Act and how we can restore clear rules, preserve NIL, and keep college sports tied to education and opportunity. The Protect College Sports Act is about restoring order to a system that is collapsing due to too few rules and too much litigation.

Only Jealous Pinko Losers Begrudge Elon Musk His Well-Deserved Success

The morons and the moron-wranglers are very, very upset about Elon Musk becoming a trillionaire. In their ideology, success is self-evidently bad. He’s very successful, so therefore, he’s very bad. Remember that socialists are collectivists. It must be about the many, never the one, because they want to be the voice of the many, and an uppity one is an obstacle to their domination. That’s why they hate individual success. Of all the obnoxious lies Barack Obama told, perhaps the most poisonous was his “You didn’t build that!” lie.

Villarreal: Trump's AI Regulation Approach Preserves Free Market, Sensible Competition, U.S. Dominance

Despite the best of intentions, most state-level AI regulations almost always have the same effect: erecting overzealous, arbitrary hurdles to Small & Medium-sized Businesses that are trying to unlock access to new markets in order to grow their business by using AI to scale and compete at the next level. Understanding the consequences of having 50 (or more) different State-Level Laws to navigate, the Trump White House took a bold step of important action.

McCaul: Funding Crucial Agencies at the Department of Homeland Security

Last week — after more than four months of Democrats' obstruction — Republicans proudly passed nearly $70 billion in funding for ICE and Customs and Border Protection. These agencies play crucial roles in defending our homeland during mass gatherings. ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations department, for example, received $108.5 million in this package to help combat child trafficking, which is all too common at large-scale sporting events.

Sens. Cruz, Budd, Moody Introduce Bill to Support Military Homeschool Families

U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ted Budd (R-N.C.), and Ashley Moody (R-Fla.) introduced the Continuity of Military Parents' Academic Schooling and State Standards (COMPASS) Act. This legislation allows military families to continue following the homeschooling laws of the servicemember’s legal home state during Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, rather than immediately shifting to the laws of the new duty station state, reducing the burdens on those families and enhancing homeschooling options.

Federal Energy Commission Votes to Lower Electric & Utility Bills for Americans

Guess what folks: Your Gas & Electric Bills alike have risen more than anything recently because — ironically — the world's largest producer of Natural Gas since 2011 has been hobbled by its own paperwork. If you're guessing that that largest producer would, in fact, be the United States, you're right. BUT, guess whose Federal Energy Regulatory Commission — or FERC as its known in D.C. and to industry followers — voted unanimously, 5-0, to streamline the bureaucracy that has been bottlenecking Natural Gas Infrastructure for years, and hamstringing common-sense energy projects with bureaucratic rules?

RRC Begins Plugging on Coastal Orphaned Wells

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will use its decades of experience to tackle a series of difficult and complex orphaned wells in the coastal waters of Baffin Bay. The six orphaned wells located in the Cayo del Grullo region of the bay, roughly 40 miles south of Corpus Christi, will be plugged by the Commission’s award-winning State Managed Plugging Program (SMP). As of June 10, 2026, SMP has plugged 1,688 wells in fiscal year 2026, adding to the more than 47,000 wells the SMP has plugged across the state since 1984.

Pfluger: Funding Federal Law Enforcement to Keep Americans Safe

Through the Secure America Act, Republicans are delivering strong border security measures to keep communities safe through the remainder of President Trump's term. This bill invests $70 billion in the Border Patrol agents and ICE officers taking down cartels, stopping human traffickers, and keeping bad actors off America’s streets. The Democrats chose open borders, so Republicans are using reconciliation, the most powerful tool available to circumvent obstruction, to finish the job without them.

During our visit, we discussed how investments in critical infrastructure, including Project 11 and the expansion of the Houston Ship Channel, are increasing export capacity, improving safety, and ensuring our region remains the gateway through which American energy reaches the world. Election Security Is Nonnegotiable

The foundation of every strong nation is trust in its institutions and its laws. Trust that the government derives its authority from the consent of the governed. Once that trust begins to erode, everything else eventually follows. Every American, regardless of political affiliation, should be able to cast a legal ballot and know it will be counted accurately. Likewise, every American should know safeguards exist to prevent fraud, abuse, and foreign interference. Secure elections protect every voter, every elected official, and ultimately our constitutional republic.
