CPS Energy filed a lawsuit this week, against the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) to protect their customers from ERCOT’s pricing during Winter Storm Uri.  ERCOT found that CPS Energy was responsible for nearly $20 billion in charges for 5 days of energy.
