I know there are lots of Americans who are weary of vaccines for any number of reasons that aren’t worth going into here. Needless to say, most of those reasons are not grounded in reality. (You’re free to disagree in the comments, if you simply can’t get past this point.) But vaccines work.
It took Biden and company months to figure out that voters are terrified of the violence they've seen in American cities in the name of racial justice.
Our democracy is threatened, this time by way of the Post Office. Democrats across the nation are pushing mail-in ballots for every voter in November.
What we need is a BLM-administered version of “The Talk,” requiring a notarized certificate of completion, acknowledging that the participants: 1) took the course, 2) understood it and 3) pledge to act in accordance with it.
President Donald Trump isn't the first incumbent president to run for reelection facing a deficit in the late summer polls. At this stage of the election cycle in 1948, no one thought Democrat Harry Truman had a prayer of winning as he sank in the polls.
The lockdown is a mistake; the Holocaust, slavery, communism, fascism, etc., were evils. Massive mistakes are made by arrogant fools; massive evils are committed by evil people.
If you watched the virtual Democrat convention, you heard about an America with which you might not be familiar. Speaker after speaker portrayed America as a failing nation full of misery, poverty and angst that only they can make better.
The endless riots, destruction and lawlessness are not saving Black lives. They are destroying lives. They're destroying businesses, and they're ripping apart the entire social fabric of America. Enough is enough.
I wonder if kids play Cops & Robbers anymore. When I was a boy, my brothers and I used to fight over who got to be the Police Officer because we knew the bad guy never wins.
The post office is going broke. Were it not for a string of continual bailouts, the U.S. Postal Service would have closed its doors years ago. Were it a publicly held company, the people who run it would likely be in jail.
In watching the Democratic National Convention one thing strikes me over and over again – Democrats really don’t like this country and the people in it. No, this wasn’t news to me, but it was surprising to see them be so open about it; proud of it, really.
Like so much of the distortions that occurred after the civil rights era of the 1960s, this rule is not about preventing discrimination but about using civil rights language to advance a brazen left-wing political agenda.
Many Democrats claim the fear over mail-in ballots is misplaced, but the evidence proves otherwise. In close elections, especially presidential elections, a few votes either way in key states can decide the winner.
Following the largest emergency aid package in American history, Congress is working to craft a smaller, more targeted follow-on package to help accelerate a return to healthy lives and a healthy economy.
Any "peaceful demonstration" capable of "intensifying" into setting fire to a courthouse, damaging a police station and assaulting law enforcement personnel was never really "peaceful" in the first place.
I doubt whether any American would defend the police treatment of George Floyd that led to his death. But many Americans are supporting some of the responses to Floyd's death -- rioting, looting, wanton property destruction, assaults on police and other kinds of mayhem by both whites and blacks.
The violence perpetrated in the streets of cities across America continues because state and local elected officials (all Democrats) refuse to do what’s necessary to stop it. Elected leaders who refuse to stop them are as guilty of abetting a crime as the driver of the getaway car is after a bank robbery.
Harris County and City of Houston Health Officials issued an order to effectively shut down in-person instruction for all schools in Harris County until at least September 7, 2020. The order halts all extracurricular activities, student athletic training and strength conditioning even though many districts had already issued safe and responsible guidance and protocols.
In Portland, Chicago, New York, Seattle, Atlanta and elsewhere, children are not merely being blocked from the schoolhouse door -- they're being killed. They're being maimed. Citizens are having their property looted and their public spaces destroyed, all with the connivance of local Democratic officials.
Today, there are more Black elected officials in Mississippi (the state where three civil rights workers were brutally murdered in 1964) than in any other state in America. About 12% of the House of Representatives is Black, close to the percentage of Blacks in America.
