Investigation Into ActBlue By Attorney General Ken Paxton Uncovers Large Number of Suspicious Donations Made Through Obscured Identities and Untraceable Means; OAG Demands FEC Action

The petition recommends regulations that would close fundraising loopholes that jeopardize American election integrity. The FEC previously considered rules on the loopholes that the Attorney General has found here. But ActBlue was a vocal opponent of such rules. That opposition is no longer tenable in light of the Attorney General’s findings. If not corrected by the FEC, bad actors can—with trivial ease—illegally funnel foreign money into American elections, exceed political contribution limits, and more.

McCAUL: Biden-Harris 'Lower Crime' Rates are False, and Ensuring FEMA Serves Americans

"We demand answers on how much of the $20 billion Congress provided FEMA for Disaster Assistance still remains. Rather than keeping FEMA focused on disaster assistance, the Biden-Harris White House used millions to fund a separate FEMA 'Shelter & Service Program,' which forces taxpayers to shoulder costs associated with illegal immigrants. Also, President Biden & Vice President Harris have touted 'lower crime' rates, which we now know the FBI's statistics prove to be false. In reality, robberies, rapes & murders were all on the rise."

ALEXANDER: Record Republican Numbers Voting Early in Battleground States Shows Trump Headed to Victory

In Pennsylvania, Republicans have a far greater ballot-chasing effort going. In Arizona last week, MSNBC reporter Vaughan Hillyard admitted his team couldn't find a single voter in line to cast Early Ballots who admitted voting for Kamala Harris. Despite numbers revealing how well Republicans are doing in some of the Battleground States – i.e., the numbers posted at  NBC, which are obtained from Democrat-affiliated data company TargetSmart — in Arizona, Georgia & Nevada the numbers are even more depressing for Democrats.

WOOLLEY: Conditions Favorable for Trump Victory? He Can’t Lose – or Can He?

Gasoline prices have nearly doubled, and restaurant and grocery store costs have shot upward as well.  And, the Joe Biden & Kamala Harris White House (and everyone associated with the Democrat Party – including the press,) proudly touted "Bidenomics." They don’t do that much anymore.  If elections come down to “It’s the Economy, Stupid,” then clueless Kamala will lose. Can Donald Trump really be at a point, as it now appears, to be the candidate who can settle back, keep his mouth shut if he can, and roll to victory? Can no one can blow it but him?

The numbers peaked at nearly 250,000 in December 2023. In Wednesday's Fox News "Town Hall" with host Harris Faulkner, Trump said the Biden & Kamala Harris White House is helping immigrants bypass the border to “fly them over in airplanes.” The process is known as "parole," and has been used at a staggering rate the past two years according to Federal Data.

Cruz, Cornyn, Tillis, Colleagues Introduce Bill to Stop Biden-Harris Amnesty Program

Current U.S. immigration laws do not allow illegal immigrants who overstay their visas to reenter the United States for up to 10 years if they leave, and those who illegally enter the U.S. are not allowed to reenter at all. The law also requires that temporary visa applicants interview abroad at a U.S. consulate before they can receive their visas, so illegal immigrants are not eligible to regularize their status using the temporary visa programs.

Obama said: "My understanding, based on reports I'm getting from campaigns and communities, is that we have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all quarters of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was running. Top Democrats in Battleground Pennsylvania are Not Happy with Harris Campaign: 'Everybody's Very Nervous'

According to some Democrats on the ground, Kamala Harris may be fumbling her chance to win the crucial Swing State of Pennsylvania – and many are already second-guessing the campaign even as the race is in progress. “Pennsylvania is such a mess, and it’s incredibly frustrating,” said one, who would identify themselves to Politico on Wednesday only as a “state Democrat elected official.” Another Pennsylvania Democrat strategist said Harris's campaign “empowers a culture” that leaves local officials feeling neglected. Latino leaders are particularly worried.
