U.S. consumers pay the highest Credit Card Swipe Fees in the industrialized world. And as Americans face rampant inflation and higher costs for everyday goods & services, the last thing consumers need is higher credit card fees. But new legislation that could be voted on by the U.S. Senate this week aims to significantly reduce the skyrocketing fees.
"I spoke with Rep. Tony Gonzales — he confirmed it's a serious issue. They are being overwhelmed by unprecedented numbers — just hit an all-time high and still growing!" wrote Musk on his social media platform X, formerly Twitter. As Customs & Border Protection reported the highest monthly number in history, 304,162, "Am going to visit Eagle Pass (Texas) later this week to see what's going on for myself," said Musk.
"While he’s in Arizona, I’m calling on him to visit the border to actually understand how our communities shoulder the burden of his failure to address this crisis," said Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, adding, "It’s well past time for President Biden to see the border crisis firsthand, and for the Administration to do its job – secure the border and keep Arizona safe.”
“This should not be a partisan issue. My message is clear – end Catch & Release, stop using asylum as a hall pass, and put our Border Patrol Agents back on the frontlines,” said Cong. Tony Gonzales as he led a Congressional Delegation on a tour of the border destruction surrounding the south Texas city of Eagle Pass, population 29,000, earlier today.

It may be coincidental, or not, that the announcement of Robert Murdoch's stepping down as Fox News Corp's chairman coincides with the release this week of the book "The Fall: The End of the Murdoch Empire," which predicts the end of the network. Fox's critics may wish so, but I'm doubtful. They've been predicting and hoping for Fox's demise since it was launched in 1996.
As the Border Crisis worsens in Texas – and its deadly effects spread across our nation – Joe Biden posed for photos at the White House. In the midst of a historic border crisis and a looming government shutdown, Biden & Congressional Democrats are adamant about sending billions to Ukraine. "Enough is enough. High-speed pursuits have become a weekly, if not daily occurrence in our Border Communities. Schools have continuously locked down, people have died," said South Texas Border Cong. Tony Gonzales, who was joined by Arizona Cong. Juan Ciscomani and others to introduce a bill criminalizing high-speed chases with Border Patrol or Law Enforcement.
"Traffickers are loading up cars or trucks stacked with illegal immigrants, and engaging in high-speed chases with Border Patrol or Local Police. These often end in tragedy, with people killed after the traffickers crash and passengers are thrown across the highway," said Sen. Ted Cruz. "This bill protects our brave men & women of Law Enforcement by criminalizing a high-speed chase."
President Joe Biden – you have to wonder if he does or says something because he’s a liar, or because he’s genuinely stupid. “Bidenomics” isn’t designed to make your life better – it makes you suffer, dependent, and look to the government for help. Now we have to add a 3rd option: Senile. Let's look at the safest bet here... it’s a combination of all three.

Pete Sessions of the official inquiry into President Biden.
Any suggestion that the Biden corruption scandal evidence gathered by the U.S. House of Representatives so far doesn't meet the standard for an inquiry into impeachable offenses is nothing more than willful blindness. From dozens of shell companies & accounts transferring millions to Biden family members, to undeniable evidence showing influence-peddling of "the brand," consider just 5 established facts.
