Greg Abbott has deployed additional Texas State man-power to the State of Florida to assist in response and recovery efforts there, including firefighters and resources from Nacogdoches Fire & Rescue, the Texarkana & Lufkin Fire Departments, Smith County Emergency Services District, Jackson Heights Volunteer Fire Department, and the San Antonio Fire Department.
