By this he means the same thing Nancy Pelosi said before ObamaCare's vote some 10 years ago: We'll read the bill after we pass it.

A more recent headline from Axios read: “U.S. Govt's Lost Contact with 1,000s of Migrant Children Released from Custody” – and now he wants voters to trust him with another $3.5 trillion in taxpayer dollars to "Remake America"?
