During my lifetime, I've never known a world without Roe vs. Wade. For 10 years before I was born, the decision of Roe v. Wade ruled as the "law of the land." A historic and far-reaching Supreme Court decided in 1973 that a right not expressed in the Constitution would be "codified" by a court ruling. This is about the future of the Liberal World Order, and we have to stand firm.” It gets worse.

As a result of a sustained period of historically high revenues, later this month Hegar will provide an update to the Certification Revenue Estimate published in November 2021. That update will result in a significant increase in estimated revenue available for the 2022-23 biennium.
