The regime media’s spasms over the NYC Kangaroo Kourt Konviction – and the free media’s backlash against it – reaffirms the new information reality. Conservatives must understand this is not the same media environment most of us Republicans grew up in. There aren’t just three networks, AND there aren’t just a couple basic cable news channels. A powerful, pro-active conservative media strategy is a necessity. The regime media must be not just neutralized, but actively defeated. ​​​​This is them and us walking in – and only one of us walking out.

Masked left-wing protesters were unashamedly and virulently antisemitic. Students on elite campuses especially showed contempt for both middle-class police officers tasked with preventing their violence and vandalism as well as the maintenance workers who had to clean up their garbage. Mobs took over buildings, assaulted Jewish students, called for the destruction of Israel, and defaced American monuments and commentaries. When pressed by journalists to explain their protests, most students knew nothing of the politics or geography of Palestine, for which they were protesting.

By any normal standard, Alvin Bragg failed his duties as District Attorney by flagrantly distorting the process to manufacture 34 felony charges to file against Donald Trump. Yet by today's prevailing standards on the left, he's faithfully fulfilled his duty by rigging the Criminal Justice System against the man they so desperately hate & fear. Their recklessness now further undermines American's faith in the U.S., while their alluring idea of defeating Trump continues to prove illusory. It involves becoming the most powerful political leader in the Free World.

Bigotry with a smile is still bigotry, and Biden has been marinating in it since the days when he used to let black kids pet his leg hair. From calling Barack Obama “clean and articulate,” to insisting it is impossible to go into a 7-11 in Delaware “without a slight Indian accent,” Joe has a long list of racist quotes, and that’s without even mentioning his opposition to school integration because he didn’t want his kids going to school in a racial jungle.  Still, Democrats insist Joe is Jerry Maguire – “I’m ‘Mr. Black People!’”

In the South Texas Congressional District I represent – which includes the largest stretch of U.S. Border covered by any member of Congress – Joe Biden’s pro-amnesty policies have turned our lives upside down. Dangerous, violent gangs like "Tren de Aragua" have infiltrated American Communities nationwide, and lethal narcotics are poisoning our children. Three years ago these small Border Cities were low-profile, and now they dominate the headlines. They want to feel safe again.

How many unarmed black men did the police kill in 2019? Fifty percent of Americans thought police killed 1,000 or more, while 8% thought police killed 10,000 or more. What did those who self-describe themselves as "liberal" think? Thirty-nine percent thought the police killed 1,000 or more, and 5% thought the police killed 10,000 or more. The actual number, according to the Washington Post database, was 12 – and the police kill more unarmed whites than unarmed blacks.

What’s the point of acquiring American citizenship when Illegal Aliens have more rights than citizens? The best part of being illegal is, you can commit a violent crime – and LITERALLY get away with it. Yet another illegal immigrant – released into the U.S. after crossing the border illegally – has been arrested in Florida and charged with Sexually Assaulting an 11-year-old girl. He's facing multiple charges, including Sexual Battery on a person under 12 – but here's the kicker...

According to weirdos, Donald Trump’s likely return to the White House will usher in an age of fascism unprecedented in American history, which is odd since a Trump presidency was recently precedent in American history, and that interregnum of constitutional governance brought us our only respite from nascent fascism – as defined by people who know what fascism is – in the last fifteen years or so. We heard this in 2016, too, and in 2020 as well.

NBC News has reported that Joe Biden’s aides and campaign advisers want him to shorten his remarks at public events – to refocus on quality, not quantity. But most Americans only see the president’s handlers making sure Mr. Magoo doesn’t sound as bad as he is. Even shorter speeches aren’t going to save Joe Biden. The man's a serial liar. If he doesn’t drop a whopper, he sounds like a man with dementia. At the  NAACP dinner in Detroit last night, he was again aloof & dishonest. 

President Biden's not so much an octogenarian, as he is an unhealthy and prematurely aging 80-year-old. It is an America irony that he's fit for almost no other job in the country, other than the presidency – which apparently allows for a 3-day-a-week ceremonial role while others in the shadows run the country. So how does Biden become renominated and reelected, as polls show he's behind in almost every critical swing state on nearly every issue? The Answer: Not by Campaigning.

People often ask, "How do you handle mean, vicious people when out in public?" The truth is I rarely encounter nastiness – it does happen, but thankfully, it is pretty rare. In general, when people don't like me, they possess the maturity to restrain themselves from verbal road rage. I conduct myself the same way. At a restaurant, I said hello to a host of a left-wing cable show, and he politely returned the gesture. After all, I dislike Hamas, the Taliban and drivers who fail to use their turn signals much more.

Columbia University President Minouche Shafik is urging university leaders across the country to do some "serious soul searching." Good advice. She should start with her own soul. Shafik has the wrong idea about the purpose of a university. She and likeminded college presidents are turning preeminent universities into factories, churning out social activists who are adept at shouting down their opponents, squaring off against cops and vandalizing buildings – but who acquire little knowledge and few reasoning skills during college.

Could a second Biden term be more injurious to the economy than his first term? It seems unimaginable given the first three years gave us 20% inflation, a $2,000 loss in average real incomes for the middle class, 6 million added illegal immigrants, a war on American energy that has caused gas prices to rise by more than 40% to $3.64 a gallon, the collapse of our many major cities, another $6 trillion added to the national debt, the unaffordability of new homes, and the chaos on college campuses.

You may have noticed the campus communist uprisings are fading into the background, at least for the moment. It was pretty clear that the entitled – and universally ugly – spoiled mutants (and their professional cadre organizers) were starting to get on the collective nerves of normal Americans, plus the Biden clique was already committing to betraying Israel in favor of the terrorists. The regime media has dialed it down as they served their purpose.

The country is waking up to the reality that a bachelor's degree no longer equates with graduates being broadly educated and analytical. Just as often, they are stereotyped as pampered, largely ignorant, and gratuitously opinionated. No wonder polls show a drastic loss of public respect for higher education and, specifically, a growing lack of confidence in the professoriate.

America’s exceptional founding – on ideals and aspirations rather than tribe or blood – made it possible to put the evils of slavery and segregation firmly in the past where they must stay. But as we head into a fateful election, Americans will hear accusation after accusation slung by politicians, their mouthpieces, and media on both sides. As the noise reaches its inevitable deafening crescendo, it will become more and more difficult to separate fact from farce – and discern who's telling the truth.

We’re living in a country dominated by Racial Politics, Divisive DEI Programs, Antisemitism, self-centered politicians, and totally avoidable Foreign Wars. But, all is not lost if we can learn something from the Hamas-Hitler Youth that are taking over our College Campuses. Let’s say we start by firing Tenured Professors. If we can fix our nation's colleges, we can fix most of what’s wrong with America. Maybe even judges across the nation would realize the American People are clawing back!

The Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments in Idaho/Moyle v. United States regarding Joe Biden’s "Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act" (EMTALA)  guidance – a blatantly transparent attempt to use existing Federal Laws to force physicians across the nation to perform abortions, especially in states with pro-life protections. As a board-certified obstetrician, I have practiced under EMTALA for over 30 years, and it has never been confusing to me – or to any of my peers.

Sometimes, good parents raise bad kids. It is possible to do everything right and still churn out a real piece of post-digested food. It happens. It just doesn’t happen very often, which is why it’s pretty easy to look at the mutant mob and professional protester class currently staging mini-Beer Hall Putschs they hope will weave together into a one, large real opportunity for them to murder as many white people, normal people, straight people, non-obedient people and especially Jews as possible. Fascists always have a real problem with Jews. 

Israel showed Iran last week – and sent a larger "message" to the world – that it could and would send a (retaliatory) barrage of missiles at Iran's nuclear sites with reasonable assurances they could not be stopped. By comparison, Iran's earlier and more massive attack on Israel was a huge flop. An estimated 99% failed to hit their targets. These developments mean it should be harder for Iran to shake down Joe Biden and others for hostage bribes or Iran-deal giveaways on the implied threat of Iran successfully nuking the Jewish state.
