After Biden Denies Texas' Emergency Disaster Assistance Request for Border Crisis, Gov. Abbott Submits Appeal

"This crisis has taken a serious toll on Texas' border communities, its first responders & the local non-profit sector. Local Officials and Texas citizens are fatigued and running out of resources to respond to the ongoing border crisis," said Gov. HEGAR: Texas' Sales Tax Revenue Jumped 22.3% Over September 2020
