DOL issued a new rule that would specifically allow foreign nationals working in America under the H-2A visa program within the agricultural industry the ability to unionize and engage in collective bargaining. This rule directly violates federal law including the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 which allowed workers in certain industries to engage in trade unions and collective bargaining but exempted the agricultural industry.

TAB Chair VILLARREAL: To Help U.S. Lead, Texas Needs to Maintain Tech & AI Dominance Over China

A recent study found that Austin is emerging as a "Top Tier City" for tech talent, ranking #1 in the United States. And, I applaud the Texas Legislature for taking on the Tech & Artificial Intelligence (AI) challenges – but lawmakers at all levels should remain cautious about pursuing policies that slow AI innovations and tech developments. This is particularly important in light of recent reports that China is developing an AI Model trained to promote “socialism with Chinese characteristics.” The U.S. can't afford to lose its leadership position in AI to China.

“This is yet another example of Joe Biden trying to sidestep the Constitution and use Agency 'rulemaking' to advance unpopular, unlawful, and destructive policies,” said Texas Attorney General Paxton, as Texas & Montana sued the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services, its Secretary Xavier Becerra, and other members of the Biden White House for adopting a new rule that forces states to pay for “gender transition” procedures and requires healthcare providers to perform the procedures even when doing so would violate state law.

MOORE: Here We Go Again – Biden Scheme's About to Ignite Another Mortgage Crisis

There must be a cheaper way to buy an Election. Washington's awash in debt right now – and Joe Biden thinks we need more of it. Just 17 years ago the "Subprime" Mortgage Crisis torpedoed the economy, sent the financial markets into the biggest tailspin since the Great Depression, and millions of Americans lost their jobs. One of the matches that lit that bonfire was Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae offering generous, taxpayer-guaranteed mortgage insurance to risky borrowers. Well, here we go again.
