The U.S. Supreme Court's has ordered Pennsylvania Democrats to respond by Thursday evening as to how it can legally justify a State Court Judge's Constitutional decision to over-ride state law and institute a 3-day extension for Mail-In Ballot submission. State law, previously passed by the Pennsylvania Legislature, sets the legal deadline as Election Day.
