In light of the massive revelations and findings of FBI misconduct in Special Counsel Robert Durham's Report, House Republican's work has only just begun. We must now consider: Referring those involved to Federal Attorneys for prosecution; Subpoenaing Democrat leaders who knew about or facilitated the spread of Trump-Russia collusion "mis-information"; and fundamentally restructure the FBI. Partisan biases wore a badge.

When one of Donald Trump's rivals for the 2024 GOP nomination (Chris Christie) criticized him, he was loudly booed. When North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson endorsed him, the crowd rose to its feet in support. Americans understand President Trump's been targeted from the beginning – and Americans remember he achieved energy independence, a secure border, and a strong economy. Under Joe Biden, the world's in chaos.
When the Texas House of Representatives cast an overwhelming 121-23 vote to impeach Attorney General Ken Paxton, we fully understood the gravity of his flagrant abuses of office – and of the public's trust. House members fulfilled our constitutional responsibility & adhered to our oaths of office. Now the Texas Senate has the opportunity to exercise theirs.
U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and John Cornyn (R-Texas) introduced the U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson Memorial VA Clinic Act, which would rename the Veterans Affairs clinic in Plano, Texas, to honor the late Congressman Sam Johnson’s legacy of selfless service.
Texans can see what Appraisal Districts are doing; They're jacking up appraisals in order to ‘bank’ appraised values for the next decade so they can get more funding even if confronted with a Legislature in Austin that's willing to stop them. That means the benefits from a Homestead Exemption Increase might be eaten up within the next couple of years - so let's address this.
With an increased reliance on high-speed internet, the Trump Administration began taken important steps to provide connectivity to those that need it, particularly in rural areas, which still continues today. Clinton, it should be remembered, held tens of thousands of emails on a private server, dozens of which were classified; James Comey, then head of the FBI, admitted that there was a good shot that foreign sources could have accessed that server; the emails themselves were then destroyed by Clinton's team, and her hard drive cleansed; nonetheless, months later, copies of those emails showed up on the laptop of moral derelict Anthony Weiner.

Over two million passengers fly each day in the United States. And because every day that passes without President Biden having named someone to lead the FAA puts the flying public at risk, Mr. Cruz is calling on him to immediately name a full time FAA Administrator Nominee to help keep passengers safe. The FAA is facing serious challenges – from near-misses by airplanes to a shortage of air traffic controllers.

One of the best features of the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act was the introduction of “expensing” for capital investments. Translation: Corporations that made investments could deduct (i.e., expense) those costs from taxable income in the year they made the expenditures. The only condition for expensing was that the asset had to have a “life” of 20 years or less, and had to be purchased after September 27, 2017 and before January 1, 2023.
Is this even America? The law being challenged is exactly what you'd find in George Orwell's "1984" – a novel depicting socialist despotism. The government dictates the price for your product, but calls it a "negotiation." If you refuse, your business is taxed to death overnight and you are gagged from disclosing what is happening, and forced to declare the price "fair."
