The ACLU Represented the NRA? Yes, and Every American Can Celebrate Supreme Court’s Unanimous Decision

It’s not every day that the National Rifle Association and the American Civil Liberties Union can celebrate a shared victory. But with the recent decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in National Rifle Association vs. Vullo – unanimous, by the way, and penned by Justice Sonya Sotomayor no less – Americans of every political stripe can celebrate, big time. If you can believe this, the ACLU represented the NRA in a 1st Amendment challenge to the N.Y. Dept. of Financial Services – AND, free speech was on the docket.

A.G. Paxton Presses Border Lawsuit Against Biden: "They Do Not Even Believe Their Own Arguments."

“Texas made an outstanding case for our right to defend our State and protect our property from destruction by the Federal Government. We emphasized that a judge found that Federal Border Officials destroyed our state’s property – not to enforce federal law, but rather to facilitate illegal border crossing," said Texas' Attorney General Ken Paxton. "We also demonstrated the Biden Administration was not forthright to the Supreme Court of the United States about Texas’s border security actions."

ICYMI: Today Marks the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

During the early hours of the morning on June 6, 1944, more than 150,000 allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy, France during World War II. Many of them were brave American soldiers who crossed the seas to help liberate Europe from tyranny.  “The price of freedom is never free. The American Dream is only possible because of the sacrificies our brave men and women in uniform have made. "

HANSON: The Myth that Biden had Nothing to Do With the Prosecutions of Trump

The five criminal & civil prosecutions of Donald Trump have all prompt heated denials from Democrats that President Biden & Democrat operatives had a role in any of them. But Biden's long let it be known that he was frustrated with his own Dept. of Justice's prosecutors for their tardiness in indicting Trump. So not surprisingly, it only took a few hours after the verdict was read for Biden to start blasting his rival as a "convicted felon." Its past time for the Democrats to drop this ridiculous ruse of Biden's White House "neutrality."

POST TRIAL: More "Independents" in Key Swing States say They'll Likely Vote for Trump, than Those Who Won't

Former President Donald Trump's New York City trial has continued to dominate a good part of this week's media news – which has taken to a new level their efforts to turn Americans against the man polls show they support more than Joe Biden. But as the former president readies himself to appeal the verdict, numerous polls now show that the trial's overall impact hasn't much swayed the opinion of voters as Democrats and the media had hoped. In fact, Trump's seen a boost in support from "Independent Voters."

A.G. Paxton Stops Unlawful Attempt by Biden IRS to Impair Texas' Child Support Programs

Attorney General Paxton sued the IRS to stop an Enforcement Announcement issued by the agency that would have severely limited the ability of child support enforcement agencies to utilize contractor support services. Specifically, after facilitating child support programs’ use of contracted services for over a decade, the IRS unlawfully, arbitrarily, and with no notice, reversed its position and demanded that child support programs terminate contractor access to data necessary for program administration.

ELDER: California is Where Common Sense Goes to Die

A former soap opera actor recently was shot and killed in downtown Los Angeles. He interrupted thieves attempting to steal the catalytic converter from his car. In response, a Democrat L.A. City Council member -- there are no Republicans -- blamed the automaker for failing to make the catalytic converters harder to steal. Councilwoman Nithya Raman said: "In this case, one of the things that infuriates me is that we have a company -- whatever, Toyota -- who makes the Prius, that essentially has a device on their cars which is super easy to remove."

CONG. WEBER: Its 'Bidenflation' & 'Bidenomics' vs. the Trump Trial Verdict

Our "weaponized justice system" was on full display in New York City last week – against former President Donald Trump. A Soros-backed D.A., a Biden-supporting judge who led the jury to a foregone conclusion have now let the genie out of the bottle for all of America to see. But, compared to three short years ago Americans are spending over $12,800 more annually to buy the basics because of "Bidenflation" and "Bidenomics." I believe this was a rigged & despicable miscarriage of justice – and that the nation's voters will settle things on November 5th.
